We welcome Dr Vicky Broadley to the Nikalyte team. Vicky joins the founding members of Nikalyte as Sales and Marketing director. Vicky has a background in research and development in both global and start-up companies as well as a proven track record for delivering new technology for the surface science market at both Sharp Electronics and Mantis Deposition Ltd. Before joining Nikalyte Vicky was Quality lead for Oxford based medical device company OXSIGHT where she worked alongside the sales team to bring their products to market, securing CE certification and setting up a world class customer care team.
